Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information NWAVE LLC ("NWave", "we", "us") collects through nwaveai.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. NWave AI Systems is a brand of NWAVE LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, company name and any details you share when you book a session, email us or sign an agreement with us.
- Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited. This is processed by our hosting and security provider to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Client data. When a dealership hires us, our agents may process data the dealership controls, such as leads, customer contact details and inventory. We handle that data only on the dealership's instructions and under our service agreement with them.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule sessions.
- To provide, operate and improve our services.
- To send service-related messages, such as reports, invoices and updates.
- To keep the site and our systems secure and to comply with the law.
We do not use your personal information to train public AI models, and we do not sell it.
How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, scheduling, email, telephony, payment processing and AI model providers), under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Scheduling
Session booking is handled by Cal.com. Information you enter there is processed under Cal.com's own privacy policy in addition to this one.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay us, your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive only limited information, such as your name, billing email, the last four digits of your card or account, and payment status. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal and accounting obligations, or as set out in a client agreement. Client data is deleted or returned when an engagement ends, as agreed with the client.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights, including California residents
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for using them.
To make a request, email hello@nwaveai.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity before acting on it and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
