Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of nwaveai.com, a website operated by NWAVE LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
The site describes AI automation services for automotive dealers. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement or order form between NWAVE LLC and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Pricing
Prices shown on the site are in US dollars, exclude applicable taxes and third-party fees, and may change without notice. A price becomes binding only when it is included in a signed agreement or order form.
Billing and payments
Paid services are billed under the client's signed agreement or order form. Unless that agreement says otherwise:
- Setup fees are charged once, at signing. Monthly fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. Outcome fees are billed monthly in arrears.
- We accept ACH bank transfer and major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
- If a payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid 15 days after its due date, we may pause services until the balance is paid.
- Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Billing, Cancellation and Refunds policy.
- If a charge looks wrong, please contact us at hello@nwaveai.com before disputing it with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.
Examples and results
Activity logs, timelines and examples on the site are illustrative. They do not represent results of any specific customer and are not a guarantee of future results.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design and the NWave name and logo, belong to NWAVE LLC or its licensors. You may view the site for your own business evaluation. Other use requires our written permission. Third-party product names and brands shown on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as Cal.com. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NWAVE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless a client agreement says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
